With the success of the Towers in Moratuwa, Suncity Developers began the construction of Suncity Classic Towers in Panadura. More suited for the middle-income earners, this apartment complex is affordable and compact. This complex was also built in two phases: Phase 01 is a 3-storeyed residential condominium complex housing 15 apartments, and Phase 02 is a 5-storeyed residential condominium complex housing 30 apartments. The entire project was completed in 2015, and was sold out within eight months of completion.
